“When communities speak together, systems start to listen.”
Communities often recognize health challenges long before those issues receive broader attention.
If your community is facing a health fairness issue - such as barriers to care, environmental health risks, gaps in public health services, or policies affecting access to care - the People’s Health Project may be able to help. We work with communities to develop focused advocacy campaigns that bring visibility to these issues and encourage decision-makers to take action. If you are interested in launching a campaign, please tell us more about the issue affecting your community.
After reviewing your submission, we may contact you to learn more about the issue and explore whether the People’s Health Project can help support a campaign. Because this initiative is community-driven, we prioritize working with individuals and organizations who are closely connected to the communities affected by the issue.
*You do not need advocacy experience to submit an issue. If a health challenge is affecting your community, we want to hear from you!
